Reece Bathroomlife 3DImiangined
The following is a series of bathroom designs I have created in collaboration with vaious clients. These bathrooms demonstrate my ability to work with clients to develop spaces which work for their needs.
T&L Ensuite
The clients associated with this projet were looking to create a wet room style bathroom with a rather limited space allowance. Another constraint for this project was that this was the main bathroom and still needed a functional level of storage. This was achieved by dividing the space in a way that was is both functional yet ambiguous. The screen being 1200mm allows for enough space for showering while also allowing for enough space for a larger vanity which maximises storage.
This project is currently on hold.
S&M Bathroom
These clients are renovating their ensuite and were wanting to maximise the length of their vanity. In the initial consultation, The clients revealed their plan to put the vanity flush against the shower screen glass. After discussions with the clients and their builder, we agreed to put a nib wall along the length of the vanity. This way we can simply join the vanity against a well instead of glass.
This project is underway and will have images upon completion.
J - Ensuite
This client came in renovating her ensuite and main bathroom. She had figured out what she was doing with the main bathroom but was stumped by the ensuite. We discussed and planned a few different options however, by the end of the consultation this layout was showing the most promise. This project is slated to begin in september.
D&D Bathroom
This project was to renovate their bathroom to use the space more efficiently because of how narrow the room is. I achieved this to utilising the shower and bath to make use of the length. The narrowness was then accounted for by recessing the shaving cabinets and proposing an in wall toilet.
This project is underway but has been delayed by asbestos.
L&S Bathroom and Powder Room
The goal of this renovation was to incorperate a second toilet into the home. Currently 4 people live at the propety so having a single toilet simply wasnt enough. The client was renovating to sell so the space relflects the need for function which compliments the neutral colour palette.
